In accordance with Article 10.1 of the Law, when collecting and processing personal data, the responsibilities of the subject are to ensure the legality and security of the collection and processing of personal data.

2. Purposes of processing personal data

Personal data of a user registered on the platform (“User”) may be processed in accordance with the Law and the “Requirements for the Protection of Personal Data” approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September. 6, 2010. Subject to the Law and the Terms of Use (“User Agreement”), your personal data may be provided to us in written, oral and electronic form in the following cases, subject to conditions and with legal justification:

3. Providing personal information

Personal data may be provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 13 of the Law in the following order:

Personal data is provided by the owner of personal data to any third party only with consent given by accepting the terms of this Notice or the Terms of Use. In accordance with Article 8.3 of the Law, in the event of the death of a participant, declaring him dead in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, missing, declaring him incompetent, as well as in cases where he is unable to give consent, the consent required by this Law is given to his heirs accordingly one of their legal representatives, parents or guardians;

Know the purpose of collecting and processing personal data about yourself in the system, terms of processing, methods, persons who have permission to familiarize themselves with their personal data, including the range of information systems in which information exchange is planned;

Demand clarification of personal data collected and processed in the system and its destruction, except in cases established by law, and also request archiving of such data in the prescribed manner;

Request a ban on the collection and processing of personal data about yourself in BPMConsult by terminating the Terms of Use and this agreement;

Receive information about the sources of personal data collected and processed in the system, demand confirmation of the legality of such data, demand protection of processed personal data;

Receive information about licensing of information systems with personal data collected and processed in the system.
