Relying on the classic PRINCE2 methodology and a modern Agile approach, we realize the advantages of low-code platforms and significantly reduce costs at certain stages.
PRINCE2 is an approach to project management based on the organization and control over the entire project from start to finish. This means careful planning of the project before the start, clear organization of all stages of the process and careful elimination of all shortcomings before the project is completed.
We focus on business goals
The ultimate goal of any implementation is to achieve the goals set by business clients. This is the first priority. In order to accurately determine the desired result, criteria for achieving goals are formulated. Next, the goals are ranked by priority and sequence of implementation.
We make a plan of necessary works
The list of works required to configure products to achieve business goals is determined. This list includes both data model settings and modeling of executable business processes. Integration interactions with other systems are described separately.
Configuring Products
One of the advantages of low-code platforms is the simplicity of the tools used. Often our clients configure the system on their own according to our documentation. And we implement complex integrations with other systems and transmit them in a ready-made form. A turnkey setup is also possible.
Quick start-up for trial operation
One of our KPIs – any stage should take no more than two months. This is the maximum period when the first functional version of the system should be ready for operation. At least one business goal must be achieved during this period.
Building a competence center
The low-code platform is supported and largely developed by the Client himself. The first specialists of such a Center are trained already in the course of the implementation project itself.
